Massage has evolved from a combination of Eastern and Western traditions.

Massage is a natural form of healing, involving the manipulation of the muscles of the body.

Following a consultation, a unique treatment plan will be tailored to meet your requirements.

During the session you will be lying on a massage couch and a variety of massage strokes will be used for example:
Effleurage - a gentle warming stroke used to warm the muscles and aid circulation.
Petrissage -  a kneading motion breaks down tension in the muscles stretching them to improve elasticity and suppleness

Strokes are used with different speeds and pressures in order to relax and / or stimulate the underlying tissues, giving the desired benefits to the client.

There are many benefits of massage including:

Relaxation of muscle tension;
Improved circulation which allows oxygen and nutrients to pass more effectively throughout the body;
Efficient elimination of toxins due to increased lymphatic flow; Improved skin tone;
Helps aid digestion;
Reduces stress levels;
Relieves tension headaches.

The session will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised and ready to deal with life.
